Heating Oil Additive to protect and clean the complete heating system.
Applications:
WAGNER Heating Oil Additive can be used as fuel oil supplement in every heating system, apart from low-sulfur heating oil and oil condensing systems.
How It Works:
The suspended solids contained in the heating oil, such as resins, paraffins and asphalts, normally sink to the bottom of the tank and form sludge deposits, that, sooner or later, will cause malfunctions in the heating plant.
WAGNER Heating Oil Additive dissolves sludge and prevents the suspended solids from settling on the bottom of the tank. Even hard encrustations on tank bottoms and walls are slowly removed, virtually dissolved and combusted without interfering filters and nozzles. By preventing oxidation with atmospheric oxygen, the processed heating oil can be stored indefinitely.
Due to incomplete combustion, carbon and soot can settle on burners and heat transfer surfaces inducing higher heating oil consumption, additional cleaning costs and reduced system utilization.
WAGNER Heating Oil Additive has a cleaning effect by removing soot deposits from the boiler so that the generated heat can properly be emitted to the heating water.
WAGNER Heating Oil Additive improves combustion due to a much finer and more intensive atomization of the heating oil.
The increase in reaction speed and combustion catalysts induce less soot in the exhaust gases when carbon and oxygen are burned to form CO2. The result is a much more positive energy output, more favorable exhaust gas values and thus less harmful combustion residues for the heating system and the environment.
Advantages:
- less heating costs
- reduction of soot
- highest energy utilization
- optimal combustion due to finest atomization and catalytically active reaction accelerators
- removes and prevents the insulating soot layers
- eliminates existing sludge deposits in the tank and prevents them from forming again
- removes existing condensation water without interference and prevents corrosion
- reduction of corrosion by reducing the emission of acidic combustion residues
- lower maintenance and operating costs
- higher operational reliability
Application & Dosing:
WAGNER Heating Oil Additive must not be used in low-sulfur heating oils and condensing boilers.
If possible, WAGNER Heating Oil Additive should be added before refuelling.
